My Life on a Cliff Edge - Anne Beer

Anne Beer was born in 1940 and, for the first few years of her life, she slept in a drawer under the sink. Growing up she was sent to her room for the slightest infraction where her only company were books, paper, pencils, and pens. She spent her time drawing, & writing stories, from an early age and hasn’t stopped since.

Seeing her today, smiling happily with her assistance dog Ellie, you could hardly imagine the troubles and challenges she has faced, from school bullying to an abusive husband and more. But above all, she writes with a natural easy style borne of nearly eighty years of practice.
